RIDE DAY RULES

• Rider can get pledges per lap or flat donations.
• Minimum pledge is $1.00 per lap with a 10 lap minimum. 
• Each rider must have a minimum of $25.00 in pledges to participate.
• If rider signs-up the day of the event they must have minimum of $25.00 in pledges prior to riding.
• If a rider gets all flat donations as opposed to per lap pledges they will not be required to ride at event.
• Riders can register prior to event on-line at www.r2rrideday.com
• Pledges can be made on-line at www.r2rrideday.com or pledge sheets can be used for rider to collect pledges.
• Pledge Sheets can be printed off the Ride Day website at www.r2rrideday.com
• All donors must provide name, address, phone number, and if possible email address in order for tax receipts to be sent. All donations are tax deductible.
• Road 2 Recovery stickers are to be placed on the front and/or side plate of the bike to identify the rider is participating in the Ride Day event.
• Pledges can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, Money Order, or Cash.
• Participates can ride as many laps as they wish within the designated track hours.
• Pre-registered riders will be given a Road 2 Recovery T-Shirt & Wristband
• Regionally, all participants are entered into a drawing for 2 Tickets with all day Pit Passes to a 2009 regional SX closest to their home. The winner will be notified on Monday, October 13th.
• Riders will be awarded product certificates based on the number of pledges received. Certificates will be mailed directly to each participate, once all the pledges have been collected. (See attached prize list)
• Grand Prize top rider nationwide with $5,000 or more in pledges will be eligible to win a MX bike. Cutoff date to be credited for donations will November 17th.
• Winners will be notified on Monday December 8, 2008
